The first of its kind in Australia, our DPC tracks and records every transaction relevant to your business. For example, if your corner store in rural WA orders a new brochure from their local Snap centre, the transaction is flagged to your business. If head-office orders a reprint of 20,000 letterheads, it too is recorded.

Every business transaction is stored in one secure data centre to enable quick and easy access to your complete work history and budget. Your data can then be segmented and analysed, providing customised reports on areas such as:

• spend by service
• sales by job (list of all jobs per month)
• work in progress
• spend by cost centre or person
• paper usage report
• cost of freight

You can also access status updates on any outstanding print jobs, with the console updated every four hours by our management team.
